Fried S’mores Bombs

Ingredients

  • 8 large marshmallows
  • 8 squares of milk chocolate
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup pancake batter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Skewer a marshmallow with a square of chocolate in the center, ensuring it is fully enclosed.
  3. Roll the marshmallow in flour, coating it lightly.
  4. Dip the floured marshmallow into the pancake batter, coating it evenly.
  5. Roll the battered marshmallow in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
  6. Carefully place the coated marshmallow in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
