Pineapple Fluff




Description

A light, creamy, and tropical no-bake dessert made with crushed pineapple, Cool Whip, vanilla pudding, and fun mix-ins like marshmallows, coconut, and pecans.

Ingredients

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the crushed pineapple, including the juice. Stir until the pudding mix is fully dissolved.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip to maintain a fluffy texture.
Add the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans. Fold until evenly mixed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (up to 4) to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to set.
Before serving, garnish with extra crushed pineapple, pecans, marshmallows, and a sprinkle of shredded coconut if desired.
