Ingredients
- 8 ounces small pasta shells about 2 cups
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 -1 ounce package ranch seasoning
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded or cubed
- 1 cup frozen peas thawed
- 2 green onions sliced
- Crumbled croutons for the top optional
Instructions
Cook pasta according to the pkg directions, drain, and set aside.
In a large skillet, add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy; remove to a paper towel to drain.
In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch until combined.
In a large bowl, add in the pasta, cooked bacon, tomatoes, peas, and cheese. Add in the dressing and mix until combined.
Cover and chill for 1 hour. Sprinkle crouton crumbles and sliced green onions just before serving.

Any short cut pasta will work.
