Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts

Directions

Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish.
Spread the sliced onion and minced garlic over the chicken.
Pour the chicken broth over the chicken, making sure it covers the meat.
Sprinkle the dried thyme, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
Cover the baking dish tightly with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown.
