- 500 grams macaroni, cooked according to package instructions and cooled.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- salt and pepper
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice.
Add cooked, cooled macaroni, red pepper, green pepper and red onion and mix well.
Chill for at least one hour in the fridge.
