Ingredients
- 8 large marshmallows
- 8 squares of milk chocolate
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup pancake batter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Directions
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Skewer a marshmallow with a square of chocolate in the center, ensuring it is fully enclosed.
- Roll the marshmallow in flour, coating it lightly.
- Dip the floured marshmallow into the pancake batter, coating it evenly.
- Roll the battered marshmallow in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
- Carefully place the coated marshmallow in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
