Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the olive oil, milk, and egg until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the crumbled feta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Add parsley if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
